Masks for Acne

Few Popular Acne Masks

Oatmeal Mask:
Mix plain oatmeal with water until you get a thick paste. Place this on the face and leave for 15-20 minutes then rinse. This needs to be done both in the morning and evening.

Honey and Apple:
Another of the natural acne remedies is a similar paste but made with ground up apple and honey. This should be left on for approximately 10 minutes before being rinsed off.

Banana Mask for Oily Skin:
Mix the banana and honey together.
Add a few drops of juice from an orange or a lemon.
Apply to face for 15 minutes before rinsing with a cool washcloth or a steaming warm washcloth.

Honey and Nutmeg Scar Remover:
Another natural tonic is honey and nutmeg scar remover wash. This treatment is meant to help heal the scars caused by skin eruptions, skin accidents, and acne.
To make honey and nutmeg scare remover, combine 1 teaspoon of nutmeg with 1 teaspoon of honey, and mix them together. Apply them to your face and leave them for 20 minutes. Then, rinse it with cool water. Use it twice a week.

Baking Soda Mask:
All you need are two ingredients: Baking Soda (NOT baking powder) and water.
Mix the two and apply it gently to your skin.
Rinse the baking soda film off your face and feel how soft and clear it feels. If your skin enjoys this recipe, and your acne improves, then you may try it several times a week to help clear your acne.

Egg Yolk Mask:
Egg Yolks contain Vitamin A which is good for scarring. To attempt this method of acne treatment, whip up an egg yolk, apply it to your skin for 20 minutes. Wash off.
